This does not affect your statutory rights.
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours is only as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Whilst many lines are held in stock at Tanner Bates, we do also rely on the availability of bought-in stock such as leathers, buckles and straps etc and this can sometimes cause delays on delivery times. However, we will always keep customers informed of any such delays.
Availability and Prices of our goods are subject to change without notice.
The Terms above are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be conducted only by the Courts of England and Wales.
If any product should fail to meet your expectations please return it to us and we will look into the matter. (see returns policy)
Tanner Bates may contact your bank and the relevant authorities if we suspect any card details or transaction to be fraudulent. This may delay orders but is carried out in the interest of Tanner Bates and the genuine card holder.
