Terms & Conditions

A contract between the customer and Tanner Bates Leather Ltd will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed (at which point Tanner Bates will charge the buyers' credit card for the goods despatched plus postage where applicable)
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours is only as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Whilst many lines are held in stock at Tanner Bates, we do also rely on the availability of bought-in stock such as leathers, buckles and straps etc and this can sometimes cause delays on delivery times. However, we will always keep customers informed of any such delays.

Availability and Prices of our goods are subject to change without notice.

The Terms above are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be conducted only by the Courts of England and Wales.
